4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
3 tbsp. date paste
1 clove of garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. oil
1 can of coconut milk or 1 cup of cream
Fry the garlic and date paste in oil for approx. 1 min. Place the chicken in the pan with the paste. When the chicken is cooked, add the coconut milk (or cream). You can also add more date paste. Season to taste. Serve with salad and brown rice
