2 avocados, well ripe
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. pesto ANNA MARTA
lemon pepper
coarse salt
Mash the avocado well and squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon over it. Mix in the pesto and season with lemon pepper and coarse salt to taste.
Great to serve with crispbread/bread, also good to have extra pesto and date paste with.
