Food training

Food coaching is a 4-week course in improving lifestyle habits around nutrition and diet. Food coaching begins with an interview where we review your eating habits. We review how you can change them with the goal of maximizing your nutritional intake. We look at how your daily routine is organized, how work and family affect your food choices and then find ways to achieve greater success.

Simple and convenient
Nutrition coaching is simple to implement, after the first interview we are in daily communication via Facebook Messenger. You send me pictures of your nutrition that day, I guide you on food choices and give you targeted feedback on your overall nutrition.

Better meal planning
I will guide you on how to eat more clean food, the composition of proteins, fibers, fats and carbohydrates. Together we will find ways to reach your goals. We will review the feelings of hunger, satiety and thirst and focus together on positive changes regarding food choices and nutrition during these weeks.

No two people have the same fingerprint. What works for you may not work for someone else, and my goal is to be your support and anchor to help you improve your energy and well-being.
