She oversees the production process from the first hand to the product being packaged and ready for distribution. She emphasizes quality workmanship, precision and standardization in the process and cherishes the craftsmanship with devotion.

Lovisa is also a great gourmet who has developed her own recipes. She has worked as a fitness trainer since the 1980s and has extensive experience in supporting people to adopt a healthier lifestyle and increase their physical activity. Her creativity finds expression in the kitchen, where Lovisa emphasizes that food is nutritious, beautiful and brings friends and family together in a loving way.
