

THE ADVENTURE OF THE TASTE BULBS
A cooking class using pure, fresh ingredients where joy and mindfulness surround the food. Education, cooking and experience with foodie Anna Märta. You will learn to experience your food differently, change direction and add beauty and joy to every bite. Anna Märta's atmosphere is relaxed. She emphasizes that the food is beautiful, nutritious and delicious and that you enjoy yourselves together on this journey of the taste buds.

A great evening with friends, colleagues or family.
We only use clean and fresh ingredients, with the main ingredients being flatbread, vegetables, sauces and raw food pieces.
During the course you will learn:
- How we can add more vegetables and fruits into our daily lives.
- How we can save money by packing for the day.
- How we can get our children to eat more vegetables.
- What utensils can we use to make food more exciting?
- How we can make better use of our time cooking.
- What are the symptoms of food intolerance, and fast food – what is it?
- Recipes are sent electronically after the course is completed.
The minimum number of people in a group is 20. The course is suitable for both genders and is held in a home or workplace.
