2-3 chicken breasts
3-4 tbsp. pesto ANNA MARTA
½ cube of feta cheese without oil, cut into small pieces
1 box cherry tomatoes, cut in half
½ mango, cut into pieces
½ red onion, sliced
1 bag of salad mix
lemon pepper
coarse salt
Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in a pan with pesto, season with lemon pepper and coarse salt. Place all the ingredients together in a bowl except the salad mix and mix well. Finally, mix in the salad. Taste and add more pesto, lemon pepper and coarse salt, to taste.
