PESTO Lasagna

PESTÓ lasagna 💚🤌🏽

  • 1 kg chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 jar ANNA MARTA'S PESTO
  • Fresh lasagna sheets
  • 2 boxes cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Coarse salt
  • Lemon pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Pesto sauce
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp PESTO
    Mix these two ingredients together.

Method:

  • Chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • Put 2 tablespoons of PESTÓ in a pan and fry the chicken breasts.
  • It's good to add coarse salt and lemon pepper.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and set to fan and bottom heat.
  • Spread chicken breasts, lasagna sheets, PESTÓ sauce, cherry tomatoes and grated cheese in an ovenproof dish.
  • Repeat for 2-3 layers, depending on the size of the mold.
  • Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
