This unique and colorful pizza is a real surprise! 🩷🩵🧡💛💚
Raw materials
- 1 piece of Liba flatbread (available in most supermarkets, frozen)
- 2-3 tbsp Green PESTÓ from ANNA MARTA
- ¼ - ½ Vegan feta cheese cube - You can also use whatever cheese you love
- ½ fresh pear cut into thin slices
- ½ fresh beetroot cut into thin slices
- Spices of your choice (I added a little chilli spice)
Method
- 1. Spread the Liba flatbread with pesto and crumble the feta cheese over the flatbread. Then place thin slices of beetroot and pear.
- 2. Bake in the oven at 180-200°C for 5-7 min.
- 3. After baking, the best thing in the world is to add more pesto and a fresh salad🥬💚
